This includes the abstract of your article, a draft or sketch of your idea (on paper, described in words, or created using drawing software), and any relevant samples. If your design involves molecular structures or specific scientific details, please include those as well. Provide a clear explanation of what the image should convey, including the message or story it needs to present. If you have a preferred design style (e.g., 3D or 2D design), feel free to share examples to better communicate your vision. If needed, we may arrange a short meeting to further clarify your idea and ensure we capture your concept accurately.
Step 2. Billing & Delivery Timeline
Based on the information you provided and the complexity of your project, we will calculate the pricing and estimated delivery timeline. A formal invoice will be sent to your email. To ensure accurate billing, we will require the necessary details for institutional or university reimbursement. Once the payment is received, the design process will begin.
Step 3. Receive Your Initial Design and Provide Feedback
In the third step, you’ll receive a preliminary design for review. You can add your comments directly on the figures. Simply send it back to us, and we’ll make the necessary changes based on your feedback. This process ensures quick and accurate revisions to meet your needs.
Step 4. Receive Your Final Design
After a few rounds of revisions and your approval, we’ll provide the final design in high-quality format.

- If You’re Not Sure: No problem! Tell us what you want your collage to convey or express—be it a particular feeling, theme, or story—and we’ll take it from there. Our artists will propose an initial design based on your direction.
Step 3: Initial Design
Based on your input, we create an initial draft that incorporates your ideas, themes, and preferences. You’ll see how your image evolves with new textures, materials, and creative elements that bring your vision to life.
Step 4: Feedback and Revisions
Once you receive the draft, we welcome your feedback! If there are any tweaks or adjustments you’d like, just let us know, and we’ll make the necessary changes to ensure the artwork is exactly what you want.
Step 5: Final Design and Completion
After your approval, we finalize your custom artwork, adding the finishing touches, and ensuring it meets the highest standards of craftsmanship. Whether framed or unframed, your artwork will be ready for display.
Step 6: Delivery
Your completed artwork is carefully packaged and delivered directly to you, ensuring it arrives safely and ready to be admired and enjoyed.
